 the TFC is managed by SASP TFC, chaired by the President Olivier Sadran. Thanks to its experience in the business’ world, President Sadran considers that a football club management must be as rigorous as any other business. Hugues Henry is the General manager, responsible for the administrative aspects and representing the Club in front the football institutions. Since June 2006, Elie Baup joined the Club as the general coach, in charge of the game strategy as well as the training organization of all the teams in the Club. In addition to the professional team, SASP TFC also manages its own Football Academy (named “Gerard Rabier”).On the other side, the association TFC (chaired by Robert Gély) manages football school and girls teams. The heart of the club : the long term strategy of the club relies on the young talents trained in Football Academy, ready to quickly integrate the first team. This spirit started in 2000, when abnegation in the effort and solidarity brought young players just left from the academy, helped with few experienced players, allowed the TFC to go up from National League (2001-2002) to First League, winning a title of Second League’s Champion (2002-2003), in two seasons only. 2 years later, the 18 years old young players of the Football Academy will take over, with the victory of the Gambardella Cup (2004-2005). The fundamental of the TFC include the taste of the effort, the taste of the others and... the proximity with the public. Football is the popular sport by sense, and the TFC wants to guarantee this state of mind. Thanks to this season 2006-2007, the TFC joined the best French teams at the top of the results table, and takes the 3rd place, synonymous with qualification for preliminary turn of the Champions’ League
